SOCIAL: Golden Gate Park NEEDS YOU

I think that one change that has occured is the existance of the
garage which brings the availability of 800 spaces.  As to the
democratic process, I somewhat agree that perhaps this should have
gone to the ballot..but I haven't thought it through enough to form an
opinion one way or the other.
