Thank you, Randall.
For the past few days I have been <articulately> asking "Isn't there someone
who knows something about something who can explain what the hell is going
on with our weather???"
Apparently YOU are that someone. Thank god. Seriously, it is so satisfying
to get a reasonable explanation. 'Cause, it was either that or end times and
you know, I prefer reason.
