I can chime in on Speakeasy too - we use (and abuse) a single DSL and VoIP line at work - the only shortcoming I've ever had is that calls cut out sometimes if we are moving lots of data over the DSL at the same time...I think it is more of a bandwidth issue than a Speakeasy one - and like Judy said - SO NICE!!!!  I'd recommend them hands down.

I heartily second Speakeasy. I have DSL and I LOVE the VoIP phone - 
clear sound, cheaper than PacSBCAT*&^$# Bell and free long distance to 
a bunch of countries.

The customer service is fantastic, which is worth a lot.
