SOCIAL: Hand doctor for Repetitive Stress/Carpal Tunnel-like pain

Hi all,

My hands/wrists are stupid and they hurt. Does anyone have a recommendation
for a good doctor i can go see for x-rays, treatment, physical therapy. I've
looked up providers on my insurance but it'd be great to get first hand
recommendations rather than shots in the dark. Anyone?
