Hello,  this is Steve, Peat and Amy's roomate.  I am
looking at a house (206 - 208 San Jose) that is a
great deal in a great nieghborhood (just around the
corner from Peat and Amy's).  The problem is that I
need a TIC partner.  I have 20% down, excellent credit
and a very stable salary.  If you are interested or

is the MLS link to the property.  It is on lock box,
so if you have an agent they can get you into the top
unit (bottom is tenant occup - not proteted).  If you
