SOCIAL: CSA recommendations

I have to put a (belated) plug in for my CSA, Eatwell Farm. I love
their box, plus they also use recycled vegetable oil for their
irrigation pump, biodiesel for the delivery truck, and they are
working to convert the tractor. In comparison, one of the other
organic farms uses 50,000 gallons of diesel a year. They are not yet
fossil fuel independent, but they are working on it and update us
regularly. In addition, they promote other sustainable
organizations, such as Peddle Express, a bicycle delivery
organization. If you are able to host a pickup site, they will give
you a free box, I think, and they are looking for more locations.
Well, that's my rant.
