SOCIAL: Cleaning Person

My friends use Self-Help for the Elderly:

Their rates are very good, and workers are covered by Workers' Comp 
and payroll taxes.  You'd also be furnishing your own cleaning 
supplies, so you'd have discretion over how green/groovy that stuff 
is.
