SOCIAL: Lawyer, bookkeeper recommendations?

Geoff,
I can heartily recommend Bruce Friedman -- his web page is below.  He  
handled some extremely complicated international taxation issues for  
me when I lived overseas, and does both corporate and personal taxes  
for a lot of people.  He used to handle taxes for a certain fruit-like  
computer company we all know and love very early on in his career.

He's very ethical, and *very* effective, especially if you have to  
have any kind of interface to the IRS.  ACK!

He's actually quite jovial, I don't really understand why his picture  
looks so somber.  Tell him Mike Kosim sent you and he'll probably  
chuckle.
