SOCIAL: Lawyer, bookkeeper recommendations?

I recommend our accountant, Mark Halpert. He was City CarShare's  
accountant for many years, and now does freelance work in addition to  
being the part-time accountant for a carbon credits company. For us,  
he was more of a "let me set up your QuickBooks and tell you what you  
need to know, and then you do everything else until tax time" kinda  
person. It took a couple of years, but I think Brian and I have the  
hang of it now, and now our balance sheet looks just like a big  
company's... every piece of income and expense fell into the proper  
buckets... I didn't think I could do that. his number is 510.388.0059.
