My boss is renting her flat. Its located near the intersection of Mcallister

Two bedrooms are available in my flat. Looking for a terrific roommate or
two who want to live with an absent roommate (me). Rooms available as early
as April 1st. Forward this to anyone you may think interested. Here are the
facts:

2200 square foot flat
3 Bedrooms (2 large, 1 small - all available)
2 full bathrooms
2 sitting rooms with office alcove in front sitting
Large kitchen
Large Deck that gets lots of sun and protected from the cold winds of SF
Washer/Dryer in the flat
2 non-working fireplaces (but they look beautiful)
1 Garage space available (additional fee)
Storage

Mostly furnished apartment, can remove some furniture if needed, but prefer
to keep the house furniture in the apartment.

There is so much room in this flat for two people, you barely see the other
roommate, basically each roommate has their own sitting room and bathroom,
kitchen and deck is the only thing that needs to be shared. Could also be
great for a couple who want a deal in this crazy rental market.
