SOCIAL: restaurant recommendations

Hey there - I am looking for a fun - newish/different really good place to eat - I have some business colleagues in town and want to take them somewhere a little swank but mostly somewhere to have a great gastronomical experience.  Last time I took them to Le Colonial - and they loved it, so the bar may already be set pretty high.

Any new, fun, swankish, or not so swank with killer food out there?
