Sports Basement in the marina. Ask for Pedro. They charge $75 -- all the
other shops I know charge $150.

Subject: SOCIAL: bicycle advice

Hey gang,
Does anyone have a recommendation for a bike shop/ knowledgeable person
that can help fit me for a bike?

I got numbness in my arms and legs very quickly from my old mountain
bike (after only 2 miles or so), and this really prevented me from
enjoying the ride. In some crazy way, the universe said,"Get the right
bike" and had my craigslist beater mountain bike stolen. I'd really
like to start increasing my endurance and (maybe) get with team in
training or another group to get crazy awesome.

But I want to get the right fitting bike because it's been about 15
years since I've stepped into a bike shop, and I'm always disappointed
with the fit of my bikes.

For some reason, I thought 'social' might be a good start!
Thanks in advance!
mike
