A good friend of mine is looking for someone to do minimal care giving for an 11 year old boy in exchange for room and board in a very nice flat in Nob Hill.

UNIQUE SITUATION FOR A UNIQUE PERSON

Room and board
in exchange for the child care of a delightful, easy going 11 year old
boy. A perfect opportunity for a student or someone who has a full time job
and wants to save money. You would have your own furnished room with
TV, use of a computer and bathroom in a charming Victorian flat near
downtown and public transportation.
The person MUST be mature, very reliable, speak English, a good
student.  If you like to cook or have special skills (sports, music,
art, educational, computer, language etc.) it would be appreciated by
this fun, hard working, single mom. In the Leavenworth St. and
Washington St. area.

IN YOUR RESPONSE, PLEASE INCLUDE SOMETHING ABOUT YOURSELF, YOUR CHILD CARE EXPERIENCE, YOUR PHONE NUMBER AND A GOOD TIME TO REACH YOU.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
- child care about 3 hours during the week (from 3:30-7:30 PM -this is flexible)
- child care some Friday evenings 
- light cooking and laundry for the child, use of the family car 

REQUIREMENTS:
- love of and experience with children
- a valid CA drivers license and good driving record
- 3 recommendations
- nine month to a one year commitment
- neatness counts
