Campañeros!

The awesome string of Sunday event continues THIS SUNDAY. There was
bring Your Own Big Wheel / Sisters Sunday, then there was SOCIAL
Picnic Sunday, and now there is SUNDAY STREETS SUNDAY. Basically
all along the water front, this Sunday, the streets will be closed to
cars but opened to bikes, pedestrians, and LOTS of fun activities.
Adrian and I did both of them last year and they were BIG FUN. This
year they will be 6 of them. BTW they are organized by SOCIAL's very
own Susan King and two of the key agencies in getting them done are
SFBC and Tom Radulovich's Livable City.

ADDITIONALLY - I'll be rocking the WHOLE day on Trikeasaurus and Dan
Nguyen-Tan, one of SOCIAL's newest and most fabulous members will be
there with the CONFERENCE Bike ( with his music system) giving free
rides I believe.

IF YOU WANT TO BORROW MY TANDEM BIKE FOR THE DAY LEMME KNOW.

.ps
Also I may go on a musical Trikeasaurus ride tonight btw - around
8:30ish..... mellow music along the waterfront i'm thinking.....

A Day of Car-Free Fun, this Sunday!
Come out and play with the SFBC and thousands of people for Sunday
Streets this Sunday, April 26 from 9am-1pm. Miles of the Embarcadero
(from Aquatic Park to AT+T park) will be transformed into a people-
powered party. Watch this fun Streetfilms video from September's
Sunday Streets.

The SFBC is thrilled that this car-free event is back for a second
year opening streets for bicycling and healthy activity to people of
all ages. Grab your bike and your friends and ride the entire route
enjoying a range of activities along the way from yoga to
rollerskating to dance lessons. The SFBC and Presidio YMCA have
organized biking activities like urban cycling classes, Freedom From
Training Wheels and youth biking. Stop by a free bike repair station
or park your bike with SFBC's popular and free bike valet at the Ferry
Building and at Pier 39. We hope to see you this weekend enjoying the
car-free fun, make sure to stop by our table and say hello.

The SFBC is proud to be organizing volunteers for Sunday Streets! Show
your support for Sunday Streets as a volunteer. A three hour volunteer
shift means you still have plenty of time to get out and enjoy the car-
free space. Volunteers get a free lunch and t-shirt, and there's a
special treat for volunteers who help on five dates or more. Sign up
for a volunteer shift today, and have a friend join you! More
information about dates and routes at: sundaystreetssf.com/
volunteer.html. If you are a trained SFBC volunteer and would like to
do SFBC outreach at Sunday Streets emailtessa at sfbike.org.

The SFBC is proud to honor Sunday Streets as the recipient of this
year's presitigious Golden Wheel Award. Join us on the evening of May
5th when we present the award.
