SOCIAL: Orthopedist?

I highly recommend Dr. Salk and Grogan who are based out of CPMC Davies and
California campuses.  Their number is 415-565-0200.  The thing I really
liked about them was that they disclosed what would be covered and not
covered by insurance and the pros and cons of doing what they recommended
and let me weight the decision with what I would be getting and what it
would cost out of pocket.

Not sure if which insurance they accept though.
