SOCIAL: Best places to sell stuff?

Hi Social,

I have a bunch of assorted stuff I would like to get rid of, and I thought
you all might have some opinions on the best resources. I Freecycle and
donate to Goodwill et al pretty regularly, but I have been piling up stuff
that's a little more valuable and I don't know what to do with it.

For example, Craigslist or eBay? I've heard that it's good to build up a
"seller's reputation" on eBay with smaller items, but I've got some bigger
value things like a piccolo, and I think an auction site like eBay would be
better. I've bought some things on eBay but never sold - any tips?

Dishware: I have some fancy glasses, clay dishware, and even some old pink
Depression glass. eBay?

Clothes: Buffalo Exchange takes 1 out of every 25 things I take to them.
Apparently, I'm not edgy enough. :) Is Crossroads more or less picky? Are
there other places that would more likely to buy back? How about for some of
my burning man stuff? Seems like I should get rid of some of that this week
for last minute playa shoppers! I also have some fancy dresses that are way
too small or way out of date or both. Isn't there someplace that takes those
as donations?

Thanks for your help!

Cheers,
Kristina
