SOCIAL: Home Phone/VOIP

Hi all,

I'm thinking of ditching my AT&T landline in place of something cheaper.  I
use my cellphone for most calls, but want a backup and am thinking that AT&T
is a little more expensive than I want.  Anyone have either a VOIP or
alternate home phone service that they are happy with?
