SOCIAL: friend needs a roommate in dog-friendly 2BR/1BA Victorian in NOPA

A good friend is looking for a roommate in SF. Thought I'd throw it out to
this awesome network!

I'm looking for a roommate starting Jan 1st/Jan 15th/Feb 1st.
Basically, my roommate is flexible regarding when he can move out, so
whatever works for you. You can sign a 3 or 6 month lease, or
longer if you'd prefer. The rent is $1,150. The address is 700
Broderick, on the corner of Fulton. These are the specs:

It’s a 2BR flat in a Victorian home on the corner
of Broderick and Fulton. There are lots of fun restaurants nearby (including
Little Star Pizza and NOPA), Alamo Square Park is two blocks away and
Golden Gate Park panhandle is 3 blocks away. There’s also a gourmet
grocery store a couple blocks away (Falletti’s) and a great music
venue around the corner (The Independent). The kitchen, bathroom and
living rooms are all spacious, hardwood floors throughout the apt and
there are laundry facilities on-site. There is also plenty of storage
space, and an extra room that
we can use as an office or art studio.

Also, the apartment is dog friendly, as long as your dog gets along with
my dog, Daisy, who is a 7 year old Bernese Mtn. Dog.

About me: I am a high school science teacher. I'm 36 years
old. I'm considerate, pretty laid back, I do my dishes and keep the
house clean, non smoker, I do yoga 3-4x per week and go running
occasionally, most of my cooking involves a microwave and tea kettle.
I go to bed around 10pm weekdays and I go out on weekends, but never
bring the party home.

Who I'm looking for: someone considerate and honest, does their dishes and
keeps
the house clean, someone who can communicate if something is bothering
them in a nice way. Good communication is KEY! Someone who loves dogs.
