SOCIAL: panic call!

dear all,
I feel i have memorized listings on craigslist and saturated them. Are
there any other websites i should be looking at? No one replies to my
emails (except for a couple of people)! I want to live on the Dolores
park part of Valencia! Looks like no ones moving out of those areas or
even if they are its not out in the open.
I found a gorgeous house in Glen Park but its not central (not even
close to central) and i am seriously considering it. Deep is showing
me a red flag saying no one will visit you there and you will be far
far away!
But before i do anything about anything..i want your
opinion/suggestions on what needs to be done to find a place in the
mission
So this is what i am looking for :
In the  Dolores park side of Valencia street or castro area ,a house
that is reasonably nice (has a nice flow about it kinda like deep but
roommates so its affordable)
Safe and clean neighborhood, i know that part is.
vegetarian household
reasonably priced (till 900$)
should i stop dreaming?  :(

Also this is what my email sounds like ..and believe me not many
people have responded to it. would you? would this catch your
attention in 100 emails? please be harsh if you like but tell me the
truth! :(

Hi,

I am a thirty one year old Indian woman, who works for a nonprofit
organization from 9 to 5 on weekdays. I am involved in local theater
and love collaborating on dance and music projects with creative
individuals. I am moving because our lease is ending soon. I am a
strict vegetarian, who cooks Indian food often. I want to live in a
vegetarian household. I have  a car and a bike. I want to bike more
often. I am very easy going, and like to watch movies at home and at
the theater, do my chores, cook and have a friend over for dinner at
times, or go out with friends. I also have a very good credit and I
pay my bills on time and am responsible like that.  When I am actively
involved in a play, it dominates most of my schedule. If this sounds
