SOCIAL: real estate agent recommendations?

Hi folks --

I am wondering if anyone can recommend a real estate agent. Hal and I  
are dipping a toe in the turbulent waters of first time home ownership  
and looking for an agent to help us through the process. If you had a  
good experience with your agent or know of one you think would be a  
good match for first time buyers, I'd love to hear about it!
