SOCIAL: Remote Desktop Sharing Tools

Hi,

Anyone have recommendations on a desktop sharing tool?  This would be for
support-related stuff.  I've looked at Webex and GotoAssist..anyone have any
experience with either thats particularly good or bad?  Any other vendors
out there?
