SOCIAL: Remote Desktop Sharing Tools

Actually on the Mac there are some great solutions, Apple's Remote  
Desktop, various good open source options, and my favorite Leopard/ 
Snow Leopards's BUILT IN screen sharing (super simple for inside a  
LAN, requires a MobileMe account for over the wide open internet).....
