Hello,

My housemate of the past several years has been looking for a new place to
live. She has found a great place, but she is looking for a housemate to
share it with.

She's very sweet and kind - she's moving out because she needs more space
for herself and her business. Also, I got a cat last year, and she is
allergic to pets.

If you or anyone you know is interested, please get in touch with Sina
directly.

Cheers,
Kristina

Subject: please help Sina find a housemate - 2BD 1 BA to share in SF

Hi there! I'm sending this email to you to ask for a little help. I have
found a beautiful apartment to rent and am looking for a housemate. There
are photos attached and a description of the space below along with a
description of me.

If you feel comfortable with helping and have the time, could you forward
this email to the people in your network, school, community, co-workers
(current or former) clients or friends.

Thanks and wish me luck! :) - Sina
-----------------

2 BD 1 BA to share with one other person $1275 +utl

address:153 Chenery Street, San Francisco CA - i.e. lower lower Noe Valley /
upper upper Glen Park technically "Fairmount heights" .

This is a beautiful home owned by Michael (an architect) and Steve who live
upstairs. The house has had many improvements, double paned windows, area
rugs, fresh paint, chandeliers, and is beautiful to look at. The apartment
for rent was recently remodeled and has new ceilings, wood floors, central
heating and is in great condition.

The apartment consists of entry way with coat closet, formal living room
with street view, formal dining room, kitchen and two bedrooms, one bath.
The kitchen is HUGE with gas stove, new fridge, dw, and laundry downstairs.
There is plenty of room storage too.

The J Church and 26 Valencia are one block away, and Glen Park Bart is 0.7
miles away - a 12ish minute walk. Easy access to 280 and TONS of un-zoned
parking, so no need for parking permit. Noe valley and Glen park are the two
closest neighborhoods, and the mission is a 5 minute bus ride.

Because the room available is the smaller of the two rooms (10x9), I'd like
to offer to configure the formal dining room as a study/yoga/therapy area
that is mostly for your use, and can accommodate an overflow of furniture,
desk, armoire, essentially offering two rooms, one for sleeping, one for
study/work.

About me: I'm a 36 year old woman who works in Emeryville for Nest
Collective, an organic children's food company. I work 9-5 weekdays. I also
co-own a tea company www.redcircletea.com and work evenings and weekends on
my business (online). I am a foodie and tea student, love to visit Napa and
Sonoma and I love to cook and entertain small groups of friends every other
month or so. I've lived in Europe and travelled China and Taiwan
extensively, I travel about 3-4 weeks of the year. I watch tv occasionally
(Glee, Fringe, Heroes and Mad Men) and am currently reading 'On Beauty' by
Zadie Smith and taking Cantonese lessons. I love movies, anything from Up,
Whip It, District 9, anything well directed and well edited. Sometimes I'll
watch a series of movies by a certain director, like Ang Lee to learn more
about their directorial style.

I keep a pretty regular schedule, out by 7:30am bed by 10:30pm.

I'm looking for one other person to share this house with, move in date of
Nov 1st, Nov 15th or Dec 1st negotiable. Please email me some details about
yourself and what you're looking for. Michael and Steve want two people on
the lease, so we would both sign, and they'd like to meet you too.

Attached are pictures of the bedroom and formal dining room / study.

No's: No smoking, no pets, no drugs, no strong smells (incense, etc) one
year lease.
You can see the craigslist ad for more pictures, and more descriptions too:

Thanks,
