Friends:

I'm looking for someone to share my giant flat in the Haight starting
in January. Please feel free to pass this along. It's a great space:
two rooms (bedroom and livingroom) at the end of a long hallway from
my space. It's kind of like two separate apartments with shared
bathrooms and kitchen. Sunny, furnished, wireless, cleaning person,
clawfoot tub. The flat has a huge garden, hardwood floors, great
details, fabulous Victorian, 100 years old this year.

I'm looking for someone who is responsible and friendly but who
doesn't need a new best friend and will respect my space and privacy.
No smokers in the house. Prefer women or neat men. No pets. Age not
really an issue. Very reasonable rent for the right person. Open-ended
sublet.
