My fabulous roommate Nina is moving out to go to school in Monterey  
for Translation & Interpretation, so we're looking for an equally  
fantastic housemate to move in with us.

We're two fun ladies and we live in the best neighborhood in the city!

We are looking for another 20/30ish woman to share our home.  We live  
in the Duboce Triangle neighborhood, central to.... everything.  It's  
an old victorian with hardwood floors and beautiful woodworking  
throughout.    The room is the smallest bedroom in the apartment and  
has a closet.  We share a spacious kitchen, living room, and washer/ 
dryer. The move in date is July 1st.  Rent averages around $750/mo  
with utilities.

If you or someone you know is interested, email us to set up a time  
Sunday, June 6th or Monday the 7th in the evening.  No smokers, no  
pets; must have a good joke or two in your arsenal :)
