bike strg, easy on street parking.
NO drugs, smoking, big partiers. Prefer 30/40 group. Great location  
btwn Alamo Sq Park and Panhandle, excellent bus lines, bike routes,  
great eats, night life, social scene.

Hardwood floors in BR's and living room
Kitchen - slate tiled floor, all modern appliances, gas stove, lots of  
storage cabs and counter space
Bathroom -tub/bath, double sinks, huge mirror, extra strg, good  
lighting, lots of hot H20
BR -approx 10' x 15' w/walk in closet and private entrance, built in  
desk (bar height)
* active and social, but not real noisy, so prob not for the super  
quiet, super strict veggie, total meditation personality
Me:
F, small dog, all foods welcomed, likes to watch movies, news, and  
some other stuff, no set schedule
You:
responsible, social/nice/friendly, can clean your part (dont have a  
house service), dont mind the random dog hair,wouldnt mind an  
occasional game of scrabble and wine.
