I've so much I want to write about this but can't get the words down,
it's really upsetting. How sad is it that people spend so much money
to interfere in an aspect of other peoples lives that will have no
effect at all on their own. There's so many things that $50k could do.
If people vote for McCain/Palin because they're obscenely wealthy and
looking for lower taxes they're selfish and shallow, but at some level
their behaviour makes sense. They're putting themselves over other
people. Voting for 8 is sickening because it's a pure vindictive
attack on people you incorrectly judge. The result will have no effect
on the yes voters lives. If anything the fact that all weddings cause
a good deal of spending and tourism will increase state income meaning
it's a financial win.

Ahh.. I'm incoherent again. In short its a shallow attack that speaks
to the worst parts of human nature.

Give! This is really making realize how important it is to get citizenship.
