Hi all you small business folks--<br><br>I'm looking for a good lawyer to help me out with standard online business documents - terms of service, privacy policy, that kind of thing.  Anyone know a good one?<br><br>Also, I do all my corporate books in QuickBooks, but I hate bookkeeping and pretty much suck at it.  My books aren't especially complicated, and I'm fine with doing them myself - what I need is somebody skilled in the art to sit down with me and fix up my accounts / categories, help me with a few processes, etc.  Any recommendations?<br>
