<div>Generally the words alone -- "stimulus package" have either a slightly naughty connotation or like the voice of football announcers make me feel like I want to take a nap.</div>

<div>However, I am all about the need to be involved as a citizen in good governance and willing to delve deeply into the actual terms of this so-called stimulus package if only because the bank bailout -- which seemed so gentle and benign in it's three page vagueness (not!) has turned out to be a boondoogle.</div>
