Board members include many SOCIAL folks, including Tom Radulovich, Adrian Cotter, Cat Rauschuber, Michelle Jesperson, Susan King, Dan Nguyen-Tan and Ruby Pap - so you know we GOOD PEEPS! The SFLCV is where the environmental movement meets local politics. We do candidate endorsements (after a lengthy interview process), put out a slate mailer during election cycles, and do a lot of lobbying at City Hall.</div><div><br></div><div>The fundraiser is a fun event with great environmental themed art from local artists & you get to help us judge the winner. You'll also hear a little about us and get to hobnob with various local politicos and folks. we love. Help us celebrate life in our favorite city by joining the <a href="http://www.sflcv.org">San
Francisco League of Conservation Voters</a> on TUESDAY JULY 21st at the 111
Minna art gallery for our annual "I Love San Francisco" Art
Contest & Fundraiser. </span></p>
<p><span class="BodyText">The theme will be "Celebrating Our Urban Environment."
In addition to the art contest (which you'll help judge!), there will be light appetizers
and drinks, and of course local environmental activists and politicians. Join

<li class="BodyText"> Any art, or writing or poetry that celebrates San Francisco,
especially its </li>
<span class="BodyText"> urban AND natural environment</span>
<li class="BodyText"> There must be at least 5 contestants for the contest </li>
<span class="BodyText"> to occur. If there are less than 5 contestants by the
JULY 10th deadline, there will be no contest & no prize will be awarded.

<li class="BodyText"> Any contest entry must be displayable or presentable at
the fundraiser event </li>
<span class="BodyText"> on TUESDAY, JULY 21st, 2009 </span>
<li class="BodyText"> The prize will be an 16GB Apple iPod nano awarded at the
fundraiser. Depending on the number of entries and the number of attendees,
there may be additional prizes & the contest may be broken into multiple
categories.</li>
