I really like my iPhone. Some of my coworkers here have Google phones that they've been really happy with; the HTC Hero is a second generation Gphone that has been getting some good buzz, but I don't know if it's available here yet.<br>

Okay, so my time as lowly serf under the tyranny of the Tmobile feifdom is at a close. Finally. After like 10 years. <div><br></div><div>I've been waiting to invest in a super duper phone til the end of my contract. </div>
<div><br></div><div>I already know what Deep is going to say, but the big question is: </div><div><br></div><div>What kind of smart phone is best? My biggest need at this point is just to have something that I can check email quickly and efficiently on, wherever I'm at. </div>
<div><br></div><div>I'd rather not have something too cumbersome, but that's not an absolute must. It'd be nice to have camera access and all of those good things, but mega loads of storage space isn't a biggie. I am happy having a tiny little iPod that will fit in my bra or whatever, and don't plan on using an iPhone for music or video.</div>
<div><br></div><div>Any suggestions? Complaints? Best customer service stories from a particular company? Worst horror stories? </div><div><br></div><div>all thoughts are welcome on this new journey!</div><div><br></div>
