<p class="MsoNormal">Dear Social,</p><p class="MsoNormal">I'm also looking for a new <span><span class="il">housemate</span></span>, starting after Jan 8. This is a great situation for someone in transition, in
part because there is already a bed and closet/cabinet in the room (and
the rest of the house is fully furnished as well). <br></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal">Here's
the deal: I own the place, have two housemates (one of whom is moving
out) and a cat who needs to be queen of the household - so no other
cats.<br>

<p class="MsoNormal">About the room:<br>
14' x 14', south- and east-facing windows. Very comfortable queen-sized bed. No
built-in closet, but there is a tall cabinet/closet. <br></p>



<p class="MsoNormal">About the apartment:<br>
Fully furnished, top-floor, sunny apartment in fab Mission District location
(21st between Valencia
and Guerrero). 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom; comfortable living room; spacious
kitchen. Washer/dryer; dishwasher; gas stove; housecleaner 2x per month;
basement storage; garden access; street parking, and public garage 1 block
away. Close to BART and several Muni lines (J Church, 26, 14, 49). Rent is $950
per month plus PG&E (~$15-30), DSL/wireless network ($17) and housecleaning
($40).<br>

About us:<br>
39- and 36-year-old women, clean, quiet, nonsmokers. One works standard office
hours, the other works from home.
Sometimes we're at home a lot, sometimes not at all. We cook a lot, we watch
movies more than TV, and we travel occasionally. We like to go out, and we like
having dinner parties, but in general the household is pretty quiet and mellow.<br>
