related to our light and color measurement systems.  This is a position 
which requires expert level programming skills, superior organizational 
skills, and strong communication skills.  The ideal candidate will have 
advanced programming skills using the Visual Studio environment, 
familiarity 
with the practical and theoretical aspects of light measurement, 
experience 
with optical engineering software, and experience with software control 
of scientific hardware.</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" size="2"><u>Primary responsibilities of the 
position 
include, but are not limited to:</u></font></p>
<ul type="DISC"><li><font face="Arial" size="2">Development of new software 
  solutions utilizing our light measurement systems</font></li><li><font face="Arial" size="2">Implementation of software 
  projects including specification, time tracking, progress tracking, 
  testing, and release</font></li><li><font face="Arial" size="2">Organization and maintenance 
  of all software solutions at Radiant</font></li><li><font face="Arial" size="2">Review latest programming 
  methods and technologies and work with development team to implement 
  those that are appropriate</font></li><li><font face="Arial" size="2">Documentation of software 
  and releases</font></li><li><font face="Arial" size="2">Traveling to install and train 
  customers in our software and hardware products</font></li><li><font face="Arial" size="2">Providing a technical reference 
  for product support team</font></li><li><font face="Arial" size="2">Supporting sales efforts by 
  providing technical expertise and documentation for product
