The goal is to build community by unplugging yourself from your cell phone, laptop, etc. for 24 hours periodically (I think she does it once a month) and focusing
on the people in the physical space around you.</span></div><div style="line-height: 1.22em; "><br style="line-height: 1.22em; "></div><div style="line-height: 1.22em; ">She is sponsoring a picnic for this month's Tech-Free day, and my band, Making Dinner (<span><a target="_blank" href="http://makingdinnertheband.com/">http://makingdinnertheband.com/</a>)</span>, will be playing an acoustic set at the picnic. The picnic is from 4-7pm, and we're playing at 5:00. We will be playing unplugged and my instrument in the band is an electric bass. Does anyone have any ideas for where I can borrow either an acoustic bass guitar (1st preference) or a stand-up bass?
