Specifically we need someone who can handle vendor research and coordination - starting soon - who then can be onsite Saturday/Sunday (Aug. 4-5). We're looking for someone with wedding (not just events planning) experience. For the next month or two it won't be a lot of hours, but we will look to them to make suggestions and recommendations (not just take direction) to improve on the ideas and plans we've got.
