SOCIAL: LAST REMINDER: SATURDAY NIGHT: 'Deep's 37th Birthday GLAM Party

WOOOOOOO!  Party at My Place Saturday!

OK kids this is your last reminder to get your GLAM on & BRING IT  
over to my place this Saturday Night.  Realistically* I think this  
party is going to be HUGE (actually I'm more than a little scared).   
If you WANT to RSVP, send me an email - but it isn't required - but  
thanks to everyone who has (it always helps calm the will-my-party-be- 
lame? jitters).

So one more time here are the details AND I SHOULD ADD: DON'T DRIVE -  
there will be little parking in 'Deepistan & why pollute anyhow?   
Transit options are below & any BART stranded Eastbayers will have  
options.

DETAILS:

	- DANCING - there will be MUCH.  Below is a playlist from the last  
time I Djed

	- WHEN: 8PM ON THIS SATURDAY January 14th.
		- DON'T BE EARLY!
		- Yes it will go late - but i imagine i'll be kicking people out  
sometime past 2

	- WHERE: 937 Valencia (@ 20th) -
		- don't drive. there will be little parking in 'Deepistan & why  
pollute anyhow?  There are plenty of transit options.
		- all the Mission buses are close & 24thst BART is easy
		- If there are East Bay people who need to go home after 12:30 or  
so (approx time of the last BART train) you're welcome to spend the  
night or if there are enough of you I'll grab a carshare car & get  
you home.... there will probably be a couple of east bay folks who  
can take you home too - just let me know if you can provide a ride or  
need a ride.


	- BYOB!!!! I'll have some alcohol but as I don't drink who knows  
what I'll get :-)  FEEL free to bring snacks & stuff too!

	- MORE THE MERRIER! Definitely bring friends, coworkers or  
whatever.  Seriously - I want this party BIG - so fwd this email to  
your own crews or that cute co-worker you've been trying to figure  
out how to break the ice with...


	- THEME: GLAM GLAM GLAM!  The THEME is GLAM - if you don't know what  
that means see the pix below.  If you don't want to be glam, fine,  
COME ANYWAY - but there will be PLENTY of glamsters around & for  
those of you who sadly need excuses to be shiny this is as good as it  
gets.

	GLAM is Parliament Funkadelic & Bowie & T.Rex in the 70's, Prince &  
Adam Ant & Glam Metal In the 80's & I'm blanking on examples from the  
'90s & 00's but I know there are some...
