I found this an interesting contrast in news reporting, check them out:

The BBC's report takes a concise chronological approach and frames Bush
as the main culprit with damning video evidence all the way.
CNN takes a more editorial approach, first shows Bush's comments to the
committee (they say "once again" but I don't recall this ever seeing
this documentary proof before), only recites and shows a chyron of his
quote post-flood about no one anticipating the breach, seems to frame
Chertoff as the main culprit, then asks "why is this news now?"...
