can taste his passion!  Charlie is a retired Lt. Col. in the U.S. Air Force,
worked for the Roseville P.D. and also holds a CA teaching credential.
Charlie is a good man with good intentions, supported by the DCCC
Red-to-Blue program and endorsed by the CA Democratic Congressional
Delegation.
