SOCIAL: jerky thief jerks and my front license plate

I should to mention that the make and model on the tickets are the same as
mine. The cops said that thieving jerks usually steal a car then steal a
plate to match. Ok, so the cops didn't actually say thieving jerks, but you
get the idea.

I will send an update when i find out more tomorrow. I guess in the meantime
the lesson is to remember to check your plates when you get into your car.
(yes, i'm aware that 85% of you don't own cars, but you still offer 100%
sympathy and empathy and thoughtful suggestions. so thanks!)
