SOCIAL: jerky thief jerks and my front license plate

Don't despair I believe most of the parking tickets I've gotten
include a VIN number as well. A VIN is your car's unique
identification number that long complicated alpha numeric thing on
your front dash. I'm assuming that the tickets you got include a VIN
that doesn't match yours in which case you should be sitting pretty.
Still a lot of bureaucracy but a solid case in your court.
