SOCIAL: Transpo-enviros for John Avalos, Tuesday October 14

I hope you can come out to meet and support a fantastic local  
candidate, John Avalos, who is running for Supervisor in District 11.

I am a co-host of this fundraiser, along with Leah Shahum from the SF  
Bicycle Coalition and Dave Snyder, former director of Livable City and  
the SFBC.

John has earned the support of SFBC, Sierra Club, SF League of  
Conservation Voters, the Democratic Party, and others. I like his  
politics and his experience, and I love his engaged and easygoing  
temperament – he'll be a great addition to the Board of Supes.

You can also check out The Green Arcade, San Francisco's newest  
independent bookstore, which specializes in sustainability, urban  
design, and other transpo-enviro-friendly topics.
