SOCIAL: ripping video?

Can anyone recommend a way to download a video from a site that is streaming
it? My baby, Duncan, my mom and I all made a brief appearance on KTVU news
yesterday (at a Kaiser mom and babies group), and I really want to have a
copy.

(Duncan is the closeup when the video loads, then makes an appearance with
