12) Anytime Joe Biden says "literally" to emphasize a point, when he really means figuratively...Like how he's literally going to kick Sarah Palin's *ss.

I was thinking a something similar to 9: Palin mentioning 'tax cuts' in 
response to any question that is completely unrelated to taxes or spending.
