SOCIAL: Employee Handbook Help

Hi Social!
This list is a great place to go for advice and help so I am going to start
here! I have been tasked with writing our employee handbook for the small
non-profit I work for in SF. But sadly, I can't make up the benefits
(Vacations every other Friday, 3 months paid time off after 5 years of work,
and 6 months of paid maternity leave??) and have to base them on what others
around us are doing!

If you work for a non-profit, or know anyone that does, it would be so
helpful if you could send me your employee handbook (or a link to it.) My
non-profit has 5 employees but we are hoping to grow. Any help would be very
much appreciated!
