SOCIAL: Question on Radio Non-Chalance

Sheri got a twittered SMS from 839-60 which was from Radio Nonchalance
(107.9 in Dolores Park).  She never signed up for this, and she doesn't have
unlimited texting, so this organization has cost her some money already for
receiving this text.  Does anyone know how to contact them to a) get them to
pay her back (even though it's only 0.25), b) take her off the list, and c)
stop adding numbers for people that never signed up?  They also mentioned
the Jejune Institute, which also seems to be some new "radical" scene.
Anyone have any thoughts or info on this?
