SOCIAL: Anyone using Comcast Digital Cable or ATT U-Verse in SF?

Yes, I too, pay a crazy amount of money for Speakeasy DSL. But to me, it's totally worth the extra $800/year to know that 24x7x365, I can pick up the phone and the first person I talk to will know what they are talking about and is actually empowered to fix my problem; a Covad tech will arrive the next day if need be, and that tech can get AT&T attention if required. I've never waited on hold more than 10 minutes, and even that was during a planned outage I missed the announcement email about.
