Hi All,
Since Rebekah is off for a place that suits her needs a little better, 
the larger nice garden-view room will be available June 1, and Jason 
Adajian and I are spreading the word for a nice housemate for our very 
sweet pad. This musically-dedicated household is on Shafter ave in the 
Temescal area of North Oakland/Berkeley, easy to freeways, MacArthur 
BART, Mosswood Park, Temescal pool, Piedmont Ave, and Mama's Royal 
Cafe... It's set well back from the street in a garden environment, 
nicely private, quiet, and secure. There are photos and more information

This is an excellent place for a musician, rehearsal and 
session-friendly with a nice music-room, and we're hoping someone in our 
community will get the benefit. Non-musicians are welcome as well. I'm 
sending this to a lot of people including some I haven't spoken to in 
some time. In case you're not sure who I am, I play various musical 
instruments in various acoustic/traditional/world styles; I'm a 
woodworker and stagecrafter, and I build fine wooden drums (cajón). 
Jason is a very civilised fellow who plays traditional button-accordion 
and some other things, and has had the same job forever ;-)

move-in is $665 + $800 deposit = $1465
