SOCIAL: Help finding whether organization is solid or not

    It does seem a little suspicious. It sounds a lot like all those Get 
Rich in Real Estate courses (hah!) where they would offer a "free" 
seminar, that would really just be a high-pressure sales pitch for the 
paid seminar.  Some of the sources I Googled describe Kairos as an 
outgrowth of EST, similar to The Landmark Forum.
