SOCIAL: Need Wedding Planner/Coordinator Help/Advice?

Hey folks -

K and are slogging through wedding planning and mired in details. We could use some help running the show & moving things along... and we also know that the day of the wedding, we'll need a behind-the-scenes goto person.

Any recommendations? Specifically we need someone who can handle vendor research and coordination - starting soon - who then can be onsite Saturday/Sunday (Aug. 4-5). We're looking for someone with wedding (not just events planning) experience. For the next month or two it won't be a lot of hours, but we will look to them to make suggestions and recommendations (not just take direction) to improve on the ideas and plans we've got. And they need to be comfortable with a non-standard not-much-run-of-the-mill type wedding & while they don't necessarily need to share them, they need to be able to understand our values (local over factory farmed, bikey over car, joy over image - that sorta thing - you know!)

Any ideas?
